About ChillPaws

ChillPaws is a small online business based in Adelaide, South Australia, run by Eduard Luli. We focus on one simple product: cool-touch cooling mats for dogs and cats.

Australian summers can be tough on furry family members. On hot days, pets often go looking for the coolest spot in the house, like the bathroom tiles or the laundry floor. A ChillPaws mat gives them a comfortable cool-touch spot of their own, with nothing to plug in, freeze or fill.

We keep things simple: honest delivery times, free shipping Australia-wide, and a real person answering your emails. If something isn't right, just email chillpaws.au@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
