This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit https://eduardlulimgmt.wixsite.com/chillpaws or buy from us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect
• Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it to us), and shipping and billing addresses.
• Order details: the products you buy, order value, and delivery and tracking information.
• Payment information: payments are processed securely by PayPal and Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
• Website data: your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and information collected through cookies by our website platform (Wix) and any analytics or marketing tools we use.
• Messages you send us, for example by email, through our contact form or on social media.

2. Why we collect it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, handle returns, refunds and claims, prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, improve our website and, if you opt in, send you marketing emails.

3. Who we share it with
We only share your information as needed to run our business, with:
• our website platform (Wix)
• our payment providers (PayPal and Stripe)
• our supplier and its delivery carriers, who receive your name, delivery address and contact details so they can send your order
• our email, analytics and marketing service providers
• professional advisers, such as our accountant
• government authorities, where required or authorised by law

We never sell your personal information.

4. Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia. Our supplier ships from an overseas warehouse (which may be in China or another country), and our website, payment, email and analytics providers may store information in the United States and other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers handle your information in a way that is consistent with the APPs.

5. Marketing
We'll only send you marketing emails if you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for essential functions (such as your shopping cart), analytics and advertising. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

7. Security and retention
We use reputable platforms with security safeguards and limit access to your information. We keep order records for as long as we need them for business and legal purposes (generally 5 to 7 years for tax records), then delete or de-identify them.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing chillpaws.au@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
