Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Eduard Luli trading as ChillPaws wants everyone to be able to use our website, https://eduardlulimgmt.wixsite.com/chillpaws, including people with disability.

We are working to make our site easier to use by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where we can. This includes adding text descriptions to images, using clear headings and readable text, keeping good colour contrast, and making sure the site can be used with a keyboard. Our site is built on Wix, and some features are provided by Wix and other third parties, so parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible.

If you have trouble using any part of our website, or need information in a different format, please email chillpaws.au@gmail.com. Tell us the page and the problem, and we'll reply within 1 to 2 business days and do our best to help, including taking your order or answering your questions by email.
