These terms apply to purchases from https://eduardlulimgmt.wixsite.com/chillpaws, operated by Eduard Luli trading as ChillPaws (ABN 69 248 233 156), based in Adelaide, South Australia ("ChillPaws", "we", "us" or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Size guides are a guide only.

3. Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we have already accepted. If a price is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we'll contact you and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders
Your order is accepted when we email you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been a pricing error.

5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal or Stripe. Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms.

6. Shipping
We ship within Australia only, and standard shipping is free. Orders are sent from our supplier's overseas warehouse by tracked post. Delivery times are estimates; please see our Shipping Policy for details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds
Please see our Refund and Returns Policy. It includes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and our 30-day change-of-mind returns policy.

8. Using our products
Our cooling mats are comfort accessories. Use them as directed, supervise pets that like to chew, and remove the mat if it becomes damaged. In hot weather, always give your pet shade, fresh water and good airflow, and never leave pets in parked cars.

9. Promotions
Discount codes and bundle offers can't be combined unless we say so. Each offer may have its own conditions and end date.

10. Intellectual property
The content on our website, including text, photos, videos and the ChillPaws name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or use it without our permission.

11. Liability
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order.

12. Privacy
Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you place it.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of South Australia.
